Appearance: Blonde hair, blue eyes, red lips, small waist...basically your pencil waist, busty blonde bombshell.
Gender: All female doodle baby
Personality: Holli is a pretty selfish person who only looks out for numero uno, which is her. That attitude of hers matches that pretty face of hers. If you see something that's too good to be true, chances are it is. She not afraid to speak her mind or tell someone exactly what she thinks of them. It's not uncommon for males (especially in cool world) to drool all over this femme fatale nymphomaniac. When Holli wants something she'll do anything to get it. Whether it's right or wrong she'll do as she pleases. With a body drawn like this, she'll use it to her advantage. Holli is a people pleaser. She longs to be a entertainer as she does to be real, especially in the noid world.
Backstory: Holli was created by an cartoonist Jack Deebs for the acclaimed comic book series 'Cool World', in which she was the star. All the while he made this while he was in jail. Just before he was released, Holli brings him to Cool World to meet her. Though the meeting was brief it was clear she wanted to go to the 'real world'. She was tired of being here and wanted to really 'feel' what the noids could, but she's forbidden by Frank to leave Cool World not to mention have sex with a noid in which Frank mentions to her to 'keep her legs closed'. Though, Holli isn't the one to take orders from anyone, especially Frank who tries to maintain the peace in Cool World. Even after warning and threatening Jack of the consequences of Holli and Cool World, the blonde managed to get what she wanted from Jack and that was becoming human (through the act of a Noid and Doodle doing it.) Unfortunately this didn't last long. Holli AND Jack began to flicker from doodle to human states. Holli mentions to Jack about a 'Spike of Power' placed by a doodle on top of the Las Vegas Casino. Though, with it being removed would surly destroy the human world and Cool World. Of course, Holli didn't listen and ended up removing it which opened up a flood gate between worlds where monstrous doodles ran rapid in the human world. In the end, Jack ended up stopping her and they both ended up being trapped in cool world together.
Moral Standing: Wouldn't say evil, but she certainly isn't a goody goody. 'Talkin' bout them bad bad girls~' (Oh sure you almost destroy the world and you're made out to be evil)
Dreams: To be 'real' one day and you know how that's gonna happen
Fears: Holli doesn't fear a whole lot, if anything. Other than being stuck as a doodle for the rest of her life.
